Welcome Back!!

Check out this guy - Sam Kabert!
A Silicon Valley success story turned mental health advocate, and I couldn't wait to share some of the key takeaways with you.

Buckle up, because this ride is all about transformation, balance, and a sprinkle of fun!

Here are four key takeaways:

1. From Hustle to Harmony

Sam's journey from the relentless hustle of Silicon Valley to embracing mental health and balance is nothing short of inspiring. He shared how being named to the 40 under 40 list at just 31 felt like a dream come true, but it quickly turned into a nightmare of numbing depression.

“I cracked the code on what I had been chasing rather than pursuing,”
Sam stated

— highlighting the emptiness that can accompany external success. This was a powerful perspective shift that woke him up too the truth that fulfillment comes from within, not from accolades or material success.

2. Practicing Breathwork was Revolutionary

Once Sam broke free of the matrix, he started working on himself. One of the roads he traveled was with breathwork. Loving it so much, Sam went on to become a certified breathwork practitioner.

He introduced us to his B.R.E.A.T.H. grounding technique. The acronym stands for:
Breathe, Relax, Energy, Accept, Transform, and Habits.

I loved the way he spoke about it on the show. It’s brilliant and so accessible. This simple grounding practice is all about processing your emotions in real-time and breaking free from their loops of negativity that can trap us.

It’s amazing what happens to us by simply taking a moment to breathe and feel. When we do we can transform our emotional state, compose ourselves and proceed intentionally.
