Hey there,

I think that we take laughter for granted. We can all be so serious and dramatic way to often and forget that life can be fun and playful!

We brought in Erin Diehl - trained Improv professional and leadership coach - to help us lighten things up and remind us of this powerful dynamic duo: laughter and playfulness. They are a deep part of our humanity that can actually heal us and wake up our biological brilliance.

What’s possible if you let go of all the stress-inducing seriousness and invite in this dynamic duo into your life and leadership?

Listen to Full Ep Now!

Here are the top 4 takeaways from Erin’s time with us:

1. Big Wick Energy:
Erin introduced the concept of having a LSD day (aka "Light Saver Day") to prevent burnout before it even starts. This means scheduling a day, once a month or when you need it, just for yourself, and doing what makes you happy.

So, take that day off, recharge, have some fun and come back stronger than ever. Remember, it's all about that big wick energy! lol

2. Protect Your Vibes:
Erin shared a powerful technique to protect your energy when dealing with others' emotionally.

Empathic distress is real!
