read them aloud,
visualize them and
feel them.
This multi-sensory approach helps to “value tag'“ your intentions, embedding them deeper into your subconscious.
See, your brain is a sponge. The more senses you engage, the more it soaks up your intentions. For manifesting to work you need to marinate your brain in your goals until they’re infused into every neuron. Repetition and sensory engagement are your secret sauce to manifesting success.
